The attendance will be taken at the beginning of each session and those who are not in class will be marked absent. The parents of pupils must ensure that their children reach school at least five minutes before the school begins. Late-comers must wait in detention class the same evening after the school, unless they produce a written explanation from their parents.

Parents are earnestly requested to co-operate with school authorities and that children are regular and punctual. Leave of absence from the school, except in case of sudden illness or urgent necessity, must be applied in advance by parents or guardians. If a pupil is absent for a month without leave, his/her name will be struck off from the register and re-admission will be demanded.
